What does AffiMedia do?
AffiMedia is an online marketing agency specialised in performance-based marketing, generate traffic, leads and sales to the products or services of our advertisers. Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are looking for a new colleague who will be taking on the tasks concerning finance, legal and who will develop HR.
Our ambition is the transition of AffiMedia as an affiliate network to a performance-based marketing agency.
What will you be doing?
· Account payable and receivable management
· Keeping the administration up to date
· Maintaining the relationship with our debtors’ contactperson
· Credit Checks of new customers and suppliers
What your day will look like:
We invoice our debtors after we have delivered our work and we pay our creditors when we have been paid by our debtors. The payout term of our debtors varies from weekly to monthly. We aim to keep this process as short as possible and receive the unpaid invoices to pay out our creditors promptly. In this way the creditors can deliver more. It is of high importance that we invoice our debtors as often and soon as possible. This process must be monetised constantly by staying in close contact with those responsible on the debtor’s side. In the meantime, the invoices for the creditors need to be checked, in this way we can immediately pay out the creditors. You will keep the board updated on the paid and unpaid bills by means of a daily report.
